No, no. It's a free way to do a Euro mount. I bury the head with the antlers sticking out wrapped up. Then in about a year you dig it up, clean it up and bleach it. They look pretty good if you do it right and it doesnt cost a dime.

One was deformed, and the other was still quite small.
This buck had about 1 1/2 to 2 inches of fat on his back. Great tasting too! :D

You may have culled a harmless retard out of the herd. The fact that he was having some problems with his boys dropping probably kept him from rutting, so no worries about those genes spreading.
